Hi there, I'm Margaret, a Certified Career Transition and Habit Coach, I help clients navigate career transitions and habit formation challenges using behavioral science, habit formation, career transition techniques, exercise science, and life design tools and thinking. I work collaboratively with clients, co-creating bespoke action plans, and providing supportive and accountable coaching sessions. Why are behavioral science, and specifically, habit techniques, such an integral part of my coaching strategy? Because most of us have habits and predictable ways of doing things, even if we don’t realize we do. Once we understand these patterns, we can use them to our advantage to build new habits that will help us achieve our goals.
There are no silver bullets, but I know true change is possible through commitment and dedication. Like most things, if you put in the work, you will see results.
